About the Job:

Our client is in search for a Senior Procurement Manager who will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement for key categories. This role includes vendor negotiations, contract management, and market analysis to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and service alignment with Alorica's goals.

Our client specializes in providing outsourced customer experience and support services, including handling customer care, technical support, sales, and retention tasks for various clients across different industries.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to secure favorable contract terms and pricing.
  • Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements, benchmarks, and KPIs.
  • Oversee contract reviews, risk evaluations, and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Work with internal teams to align sourcing strategies and ensure the timely implementation of agreements.
  • Develop and manage supplier performance metrics and address any issues.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate and capitalize on procurement opportunities.
  • Assist with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and support contract implementation.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in procurement, with a strong focus on category management, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Extensive background in end-to-end procurement & category management, including but not limited to vendor management, supplier negotiations, contracts management and sourcing, preferably in corporate categories (e.g, Failities, IT, HR & Admin).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with procurement software (iProcurement Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a global environment.
