As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be integral to shaping our company's financial strategy and driving informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and analysis across a variety of operational and strategic areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and improve financial performance.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, trends, and forecasting. Work closely with other teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Revenue Analysis: Track and analyze revenue streams, including ARR, new customer acquisition, and retention. Provide insights into upsell, cross-sell, and churn metrics.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets, while continuously revising forecasts based on performance trends.
  • Financial Modelling: Build and maintain complex financial models to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Sales & Pipeline Analysis: Work with the sales team to track performance and forecast revenue based on sales pipeline data.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and enhance financial dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
  • Cost & Vendor Analysis: Monitor and optimize vendor spend and procurement strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Investment & ROI Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of new investments and initiatives, providing clear ROI analysis.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Projects: Lead and participate in special projects, as required by the CFO or FP&A manager.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. CPA qualification required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in an FP&A role.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, subscription-based businesses, or tech industries is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling tools. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.


  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
