Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experienced sales professional with a background in the insurance industry, preferably in non-life insurance
  • Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Generate reports on agent accreditation and sales production (new & existing) for each sales office assignment.
  • Monitor agents' licenses for renewal and track their production (new/existing).
  • Upload agents' applications and requirements to the required portals.
  • Ensure agents' applications for IC exam and licensing are completed.
  • Meet with business representatives to establish new business partnerships.
  • Support sales office plans and marketing strategies.
  • Build a network of clients by delivering quality services.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets and goals.
  • Address inquiries from clients and agents, coordinating with relevant departments for resolutions.
  • Prioritize important requests from clients/partners and review/respond to email inquiries.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.
