About the Job:

Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager who will oversee sourcing, bidding, vendor management, and purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and supporting process improvements. They will handle sourcing across multiple regions (North America, LATAM, EMEA, Asia, Philippines), negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely product delivery.

Our client specializes in providing outsourced customer experience and support services, including handling customer care, technical support, sales, and retention tasks for various clients across different industries.


Scope & Responsibilities:


  • Lead sourcing activities, tenders, biddings, vendor qualification, and negotiations.
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with KPIs and agreed terms.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and support process improvement projects across teams.
  • Ensure internal clients follow procurement processes and measure effectiveness.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Address procurement issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to improve processes and ensure compliance.



    • Job requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
    • At least 3 years in purchasing and commodity sourcing (5 years preferred).
    • Strong negotiation, project management, and customer relationship skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, or other ERP systems.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent Communication Skills both oral and in written.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a flexible schedule.
