About the Job:

Join as a Key Accounts Supervisor and lead the expansion of our client's products in targeted territories by prospecting potential outlets, identifying strategic areas, and executing initiatives with a focus on alcoholic beverages. Drive negotiations, agreements, and contract follow-ups based on compelling value propositions, while overseeing the development of key accounts through KPI management, category expansion, and continuous business growth. Efficiently administer tasks, ensure seamless internal coordination, and enhance merchandise deployment to maximize sales, all while guaranteeing order accuracy and fostering strong client relationships for sustained success.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the field of returnable glass business.

• Experienced in customer service systems, sales distribution, and sales management.

• Holder of a professional driver's license with codes 1 and 2.

Preferred Qualification:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
