About the Job:

Our client is looking for a FP&A Manager who is equipped with financial expertise by compiling and analyzing highly complex financial data. They will develop analyses, projections, and reports. Partners with Operations, providing timely and strategic recommendations to enable them to drive profitability and effectively manage the business.

Our client specializes in providing outsourced customer experience and support services, including handling customer care, technical support, sales, and retention tasks for various clients across different industries.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze complex financial data, providing recommendations based on key metrics, variances, and performance.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth monthly close processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company guidelines.
  • Maintain and update financial reporting tools and databases, adapting to the changing business requirements and management objectives.
  • Work with management to provide insightful financial analysis, supporting decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting for strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling to support business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with financial software/tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
    • CPA or MBA preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to occasionally travel for meetings or site visits.
