Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; certifications like CFA or CPA preferred.

• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in insurance.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and conduct variance analysis.

• Develop dashboards and models to track KPIs and identify trends.

• Collaborate with teams to align financial data with business objectives and strategies.

• Propose process improvements and ensure compliance with financial standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
