About the Job:

Our client is looking for a Facilities Project Manager who will be responsible for building construction, building refresh, and client ramp projects. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for critical environment projects, as assigned, not limited to UPS systems, batteries, generators, transformers, bypass, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches). As a Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for executing project goals through agile and strategic leadership.

Scope & Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage building construction, renovations, and client projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage projects related to UPS systems, generators, transformers, and ATS to meet company standards.
  • Oversee vendor and team performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and client expectations.
  • Develop project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget, optimizing costs.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timelines are met for successful project completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper project documentation and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Lead internal teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure goals are met on time.

  • Job requirements

    Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in facilities, real estate, or construction project management (4-5 years in leadership)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
  • Technical knowledge of building systems (generators, HVAC, electrical, fire alarms, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and project management tools

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, LEED, AIA, or CFM certifications
  • Experience in global project management
  • Additional languages (Polish, Spanish, Arabic, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
