About the Job:

Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Manager responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and compliance of company sites. This role will ensure optimal operations across multiple locations, overseeing budgeting, team performance, and responding swiftly to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and a focus on creating a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for employees.

Our client specializes in providing outsourced customer experience and support services, including handling customer care, technical support, sales, and retention tasks for various clients across different industries.


Scope & Responsibilities:



  • Manage the daily operations of all sites to ensure adherence to health and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high standard of workplace experience.
  • Manage both CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints while maintaining service quality. Optimize costs to achieve the best value for money.
  • Respond to urgent issues and emergencies, taking swift action to minimize disruption to site operations.
  • Ensure all sites comply with labor laws, regulations, and required permits and licenses to operate legally and efficiently.
  • Utilize performance management techniques to help the facilities team meet goals and improve overall site efficiency.
  • Ensure 100% uptime for all sites, implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime and maintain operational continuity.
  • Set standards for an optimal workplace environment that supports employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Conduct site visits three times a month to ensure facilities are operating smoothly and meet company standards.



  • Job requirements

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a facilities management or administrative leadership role
  • Strong understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, and budgeting
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and address operational issues promptly
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage team performance
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards


  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Engineering or related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within facilities or real estate
