About the Job:

As the Marketing Manager of Digital Sales and Partnership Ecosystem, you will lead the optimization of digital
customer experiences and execution of marketing initiatives across the client's website, their partner websites and broader
digital ecosystems.


This role combines project management expertise with business analytics to ensure seamless execution of digital
strategies and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the integration of marketing campaigns across
multiple platforms while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product/Underwriting, Sales,
Customer Service, Tech, and Product Design teams, to deliver cohesive, customer-centric experiences that drive
engagement, conversions, and business growth.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management & Product Updates

    • Ensure Oona and partner platforms run smoothly with updated features.
    • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to release customer-driven features.
    • Optimize content for SEO and monitor page performance.
  • Customer Journey Mapping & Conversion Optimization

    • Analyze customer feedback and optimize journeys through A/B testing.
    • Develop assets to enhance partner marketing experiences.
    • Conduct market research and analyze competitor journeys, collaborating with the Product Design
      team to shape effective product and UI/UX strategies.
    • Partner Product Design and Tech teams to create and present tailored customer journey flows for
      partners like FUI, UFSI, Union Bank Cards, Philinsure, and Marsh brokers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Act as a bridge between marketing, product/underwriting, customer service, product design, sales
      (Banca, Brokers, Partners, DTC, Kahoona), and tech teams to ensure a unified, customer-focused
      approach.
  • Performance Monitoring

    • Track KPIs, monitor website performance, and report to leadership.


Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management and business analysis, preferably in a digital
    environment.
  • Proven track record of managing websites and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
