Work Setup: Onsite; Mid-shift; fixed weekends off

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to insurance policies, claims, and services.
  • Deliver clear and helpful information while resolving customer issues.
  • Stay informed about insurance products and company policies.
  • Document and monitor customer interactions to maintain high service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance goals and contribute to overall success.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).
  • Minimum of 1 year in a BPO role with strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at MOA and flexible with shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in insurance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
