Scope & Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on healthcare services, benefits, and claims.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry developments, healthcare regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles.
- Minimum of 6 months international BPO experience (Voice/Blended).
- Good communication skills.
- Can start ASAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
