Work Location: MOA-Pasay City, Alabang-Muntinlupa City, Cebu City

Work Setup: Onsite; Night shift; fixed weekends off

Salary Rate: Up to P28,000

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information on services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with account management, including opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing transactions.
  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least 2 years of college education.
  • 2 years of overall BPO experience OR 1 year of experience in financial/US banking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and providing resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Must be amenable to work night shifts.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a financial account-related customer service role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial industry practices, terminology, and regulations
