Salary Rate: PHP 27,000 per month

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in insurance products and services.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding insurance options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and claims efficiently and professionally, particularly in critical situations.
  • Manage incoming calls from customers reporting accidents or seeking insurance coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and policies.
  • Verify and validate driver's license information as part of client requirements.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed Senior High School or College Graduate.
  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in auto insurance or car dealership or has a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in international environments or with purely voice-based communications.
  • Minimum proficiency equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B2 level.
