Scope & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Manage multiple customer screens and windows simultaneously to address and resolve concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
- At least High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and familiar with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
