About the Job:

The Critical Environment Assistant Regional Manager is accountable for the operations, maintenance, and improvements to the physical infrastructure of the critical environments as assigned

Our client specializes in providing outsourced customer experience and support services, including handling customer care, technical support, sales, and retention tasks for various clients across different industries.


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management, operations and maintenance of all critical environments infrastructure equipment
  • Assisting with the development of CE budget (Opex/Capex)
  • Managing Critical Environment projects and construction as assigned
  • Managing contractors associated with critical environment support and work as assigned
  • Managing critical environment documentation (planning, development, and implementation) as assigned
  • Coordination with other groups (IT, operations, facilities, projects, etc.)
  • On-call 24x7 and respond to all critical environment emergencies in their region as qualified and required


Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in technical field and 2 years' experience in critical environments OR Technical School/Military Experience with High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years' experience in critical environments.
  • At least 3 years progressive experience in an admin leadership role. (Has Facilities BPO experience)
  • In depth technical knowledge of emergency generators, ATSs, UPSs, CRAC units and static switches.
  • Technical understanding and communication to management and vendors.
  • Understanding and implementation of risk mitigation processes
  • Emergency response control and command


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to read/write and fluent in English technical engineering concepts and ideas.
