About the Job:
Join our client as a Chief Finance Officer, where you will oversee the administrative, financial, and risk management operations. You will play a key role in developing the financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and enhancing the financial system.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s financial planning, including preparing and finalizing annual financial statements for Board approval.
  
• Prepare financial projections and budgets aligned with the business plan, securing necessary approvals from the Board of Directors.
• Oversee Finance, Accounting, and Taxation matters in compliance with regulatory reporting cycles and ensure appropriate cash flow management.
• Plan and execute risk management strategies based on financial forecasting while analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Supervise finance personnel, manage vendor relationships, and provide insights on financial status to propose strategic directions to the board and executive management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business management or a Masters in Business Administration in Accounting/Finance or similar field
• Previous work experience as CFO for at least (3-5) years
• Previous work experience with financial data analysis.
  
• At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at least Ten (10) years management experience.
