Scope & Responsibilities:

Receipt of Cash and Check Payments:

  • Receives, processes, and applies cash, check, and credit card payments to the company's receivables.

  • Receives post-dated checks and issues acknowledgment receipts.

  • Encode the details of post-dated checks received from clients into the system.

  • Assists in issuing official receipts (ORs) for transactions requiring approval/instructions from other units/sales offices.

Payment and Monitoring

  • System checks for policy or invoice numbers.

  • Coordination with the relevant department for approval.

  • Management of transmittals.

Report Generation

  • Prepare the reports for the day's collections, ensuring completeness of records, files, and attachments.

  • Ensure daily uploading and completeness of files in the designated folder.

Deposit Collections

  • Ensure that all received payments are promptly deposited into the bank and accurately recorded.

Handling Tax Forms

  • Accepting, processing, and submitting tax forms in accordance with prescribed standards and timelines.

Performing Cash Count

  • Conduct daily cash counts of the petty cash fund to ensure consistency with the actual fund and accompanying vouchers.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting.

  • At least 2 years of related work experience.

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing transactions and handling cash.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, technology, and procedures.

  • Upholding honesty and trustworthiness in all financial transactions and maintaining strict confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals.
